This service is aimed at companies that wish to establish and develop internal training systems and thus focuses on preparation of training modules so that each starter is able to receive training from in-house trainers.
In-house trainers are equipped with sufficient skills to exercise their own functions. These trainers are then supported by Soysal trainers in their first assignments.
