Organized by Soysal in association with Retail's Newspaper, Posta, Retail Debate builds a new wave of excitement in the sector that enriches retail sales consultants' self-development and personal motivation. In the matches that feature a debate system between teams of four, the winner will be awarded the grand prize of a study tour to Europe's leading city in retail, Milan. The final match will take place at Retail Days, and besides the grand prize, Retail Debate contestants will receive bonuses from the quarter-final onwards.
